CAE is a world-class company focused on making the world a safer place through innovation in simulation and training. They are offering an internship opportunity in the Global Public Affairs and Communications team, where the intern will support various internal and external communication projects.
Responsibilities
Supporting communications advisors in the development and implementation of internal and external communications campaigns, strategies, programs, and corporate events
Supporting communications advisors in the implementation of company-wide communication channels and tools, both online and offline
Supporting the development of concepts and writing content for a wide range of communication tools
Complete other tasks, as required
Qualification
Required
This position is exclusively open to students pursuing a university degree
Internship dates: From June to August 21st 2026
Supporting communications advisors in the development and implementation of internal and external communications campaigns, strategies, programs, and corporate events
Supporting communications advisors in the implementation of company-wide communication channels and tools, both online and offline
Supporting the development of concepts and writing content for a wide range of communication tools
Complete other tasks, as required
Bilingualism with strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills (French and English)
Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and self-discipline
Ability to demonstrate initiative, creativity, and sound judgment
All applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada and must meet the requirements of the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP)
All hires will be required to complete, sign and return the Controlled Goods Program form within a week of its transmittal
They must also provide a copy of their passport or birth certificate
All students with a work permit must provide a copy of it and a police clearance certificate from the country or countries where they have resided in the past five years
Please take note that if you are on a student, work or international student permit, the delays for the security background check take minimum 16 weeks
Preferred
Currently pursuing a university degree in communications or a related field
