Marsh McLennan Agency is an award-winning company that provides business insurance and employee health solutions. They are seeking a Brand Management Intern to support their brand and corporate communications team, assisting with projects related to brand marketing strategy and governance during a multi-year rebrand.
Responsibilities
Assist with projects related to the ongoing rebrand, including preparation of presentations for training and meetings, making updates to brand governance documents, and brand inbox management
Conduct research of competitor brand awareness activity; analyze data, propose, and build strategic proposals of creative brand marketing and communication strategies for the new brand
Assist with ongoing promotion of brand awareness assets on social media channels; propose new ideas for repurposing of content (graphics, videos, copy)
Conduct research on current corporate swag trends and competitor offerings to inform innovative and impactful strategies for corporate store; conceptualize creative ideas for items in support of the rebrand
Assist the brand and corporate communications with projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Undergraduate within 1-2 years of graduation, working towards a bachelor's degree preferably in business, marketing, communications, advertising or related field of study, and with a competitive academic standing
Proficiency with computers and Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong interpersonal skills to establish rapport with internal associates and any prospective or existing clients
Results oriented with demonstrated skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities
Demonstrated ability to resolve problems and present results neatly, with clarity and precision
Ability to work semi-autonomously in a fast-paced environment

Graphic design skills a plus
