PepsiCo is a leading food and beverage company with well-known brands including Gatorade, Lay's, and Quaker. The 2027 Summer Marketing Intern will lead a real-world business project, develop strategic marketing recommendations, and collaborate with agencies, cross-functional partners, and marketing professionals. The role includes analyzing consumers, brands, competitors, and channels while supporting brand activations, communications plans, product launches, and innovation initiatives.
Responsibilities
Partnering with agencies in the creation of brand positioning and communication strategies
Generating brand activation ideas and strategies based on consumer insights
Analysis of brand performance, competitor performance and channel dynamics
Development of communications plans in support of new product launches and promotional events
Support of innovation teams in consumer analysis, concept development and graphics development
Qualification
Required
• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028
• Have a minimum GPA of 3.0. Please include on your resume

• Graduate with Bachelor's degree within one (1) year of internship completion
• Relevant marketing experience (on-or-off campus; either through part time jobs, academic clubs, or volunteer experiences)

• Familiarity with digital media platforms
• Strong analytical skillset with ability to find actionable, pragmatic solutions to complex problems
