Textron is offering a hands-on internship supporting its aftermarket eCommerce team. The eCommerce Business Analyst Intern will assist with reporting, business analytics, digital asset database management, cross-functional coordination, and website functionality testing.
Responsibilities
Assist with developing reports and dashboards in Power BI and other tools
Support the development, management, and maintenance of the Digital Asset database, while supporting the uploading of assets and system upgrades when needed
Coordinate regularly with eCommerce team and various other functions including but not limited to:
+ Information Technology
+ Corporate Global Logistics Team
+ Internal Customers
+ External Customers
+ Regulatory Compliance Team
+ Service Providers
Assist with testing the functionality of our website and provide suggestions to meet internal and external customer expectations
Qualification
Required
Pursuing Bachelor's degree in:
Management Information Systems
Computer Science
Engineering
Other related technical fields
Excellent oral, interpersonal, and written communication skills
Good computer skills
Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work in a team environment to meet department level objectives
Applicants must be authorized to work lawfully in the U.S. for Textron Aviation at the time of making application, and visa sponsorship is not available for this position, including for F-1 students and J-1 exchange visitors who will need employment sponsorship
Candidates must be able to work onsite for the entirety of the internship program unless approved otherwise by the hiring manager
