Stellantis is offering an in-person internship opportunity in its North America Internal Communications department. The intern will support employee storytelling, internal content strategy, communications analytics, manufacturing communications, benchmarking, editorial planning, and special projects.
Responsibilities
Mine for compelling employee stories across North America and develop select stories from discovery through publication, including interviews, writing and content coordination
Build a pipeline of employee-centered stories that bring our people, products, brands, culture and business priorities to life
Support North America manufacturing communications across plant and corporate channels, including content development, employee storytelling, leadership communications, town halls and engagement campaigns, with opportunities to contribute to key initiatives such as plant events, Hub App and Plant Communities launches, and digital signage
Partner with internal digital and content comms teams to test imagery, formats and creative approaches, using performance data to understand what resonates with employees and optimize future content
Analyze monthly internal communications performance to identify trends and actionable insights that inform storytelling priorities and content strategy
Research how leading companies bring employee stories to life across external social channels and earned media, identifying trends, best practices and opportunities for Stellantis
Support broader North America Internal Communications priorities, editorial planning and special projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Digital Media, Public Relations, Communication, or Journalism from an accredited college or university
Completion of freshman year or higher at an accredited university by the Spring 2027
Able to work full-time, 40 hours per week during the internship
Willingness to relocate for internship, as applicable
Authorized to work in the United States
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications, Canva, and social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)

Capable of working both independently and as part of a team
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various organizational levels and with external partners
