The Summer Intern in Marketing will assist in planning, developing, and implementing marketing strategies for energy efficiency campaigns aimed at residential and commercial customers across the Southeast.
Responsibilities
Submit requests to our creative team for various collateral and marketing assets.
Draft monthly reports showing results of digital, broadcast and offline campaigns.
Coordinate and review numerous email campaigns sent to customers.
Assist in review and direction of website team in updating and adding content to client website.
Participate in both internal and external meetings to discuss status of tactics, materials and campaigns.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of various documents, training materials and PowerPoint presentations for the marketing team.
Qualification
Required
By start date, acceptance/ enrollment verification, or at least 9 credit hours of completed graduate-level courses in Marketing or related field
A completed bachelor’s degree
Must be able to pass any required background check(s), which may include drug screening.
Preferred
Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet aggressive deadlines
Strong motivation and adaptability to learn and understand new concepts and markets
Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
