PACCAR is hiring a Warranty Data Analyst Intern to analyze warranty data and develop dashboards that track warranty metrics and key performance indicators. The role also responds to ad-hoc metric requests and identifies opportunities to automate workflows and improve processing efficiency.

Qualification

Required

Experience leveraging object-oriented programming and analytics platforms to automate data collection/cleansing and dashboard generation
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Programming Languages: SQL (Jupyter Notebook, MS SQL Server, etc.) / Python
The candidate we seek will be graduating in 2027 or is currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Finance, Marketing or related program

Analytics Platforms: Tableau / Snowflake
Knowledge of lean principles
