Security Service Federal Credit Union is seeking a Data Analyst Intern. The role involves collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data to support decision-making within the MCC team.

Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and validate data from systems such as Omnia, Genesys, and Call Journey
Analyze KPIs, agent performance trends, call patterns, and member interaction data using Excel, Power BI, or similar BI tools
Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports to help MCC leadership make data driven decisions
Document existing MCC processes, workflows, reporting logic, and data flows to support standardization and improve clarity across the team

Qualification

Required

Currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and documentation skills with high attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills
Comfortable working in Excel and interested in BI/visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
Clear communicator who enjoys solving problems and collaborating with others
