Primo Brands is currently seeking a Customer Experience and Data Insights Intern to join their team this summer. The intern will focus on customer experience research and data analytics to translate customer feedback into actionable insights, build dashboards, and support cross-functional teams to improve customer retention and satisfaction.
Customer Research: Collect and synthesize qualitative feedback from online sources, surveys, interviews, support tickets, and social channels
Journey Mapping: Understand customer journey maps and identify friction points and opportunity areas
Data Analysis: Clean, analyze, and visualize customer and product data to uncover trends, segments, and drivers of behavior
Dashboarding and Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports for stakeholders using BI tools
Experimentation Support: Help design, analyze, and report on A/B tests and other experiments that measure CX improvements
Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work with Strategy, Marketing, Contact Center, Finance and Operations to translate insights into prioritized recommendations
Presentation: Summarize findings and present clear, evidence‑based recommendations to key stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a bachelor's or a master's degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics or a related field with an emphasis in Customer Experience
Comfortable with quantitative reasoning and basic statistics
Experience working with and leading teams from different functional areas
Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to present insights clearly
Demonstrated interest in understanding customer behavior and improving experiences
Able to commit to the internship duration and weekly hours as specified
Ability to work on-site at a manufacturing facility or corporate office
Ability to commute to the Primo Brands Headquarters in Dallas, TX throughout the program
Some travel may be required, including overnight
Preferred
Excel, SQL, Python or R for analysis
Experience with Power BI, PowerPoint or similar
Familiarity with CRM or support tools such as Salesforce or similar
Experience conducting surveys, interviews, or usability testing
Basic knowledge of A/B testing frameworks and metrics (conversion, retention, NPS)
