They are seeking a Data Management Intern to support the maintenance, accuracy, and organization of division personnel databases and rosters while assisting in tracking workforce data and ensuring data integrity across systems.
Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining and updating division personnel databases, ensuring records are accurate and complete
Support the development and upkeep of division-wide personnel rosters, tracking staffing, roles, and locations
Review and validate personnel data for accuracy and consistency across multiple tracking tools
Assist in compiling personnel reports and summaries to support program leadership and decision-making
Help manage and update internal tracking systems related to workforce data, including OCONUS personnel status
Support the tracking and maintenance of records associated with Government Furnished Property (GFP)
Identify opportunities to improve data organization, reporting efficiency, and database management processes
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
US citizenship required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Interest in data management, personnel tracking, or program operations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Clearance: Ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance
Preferred
Familiarity with SharePoint or similar collaboration tools
Experience working with spreadsheets, databases, or data tracking tools
Interest in workforce analytics or personnel data management
Exposure to data visualization or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI)
