Republic Airways offers an internship program designed to prepare students for the workforce and provide professional development in the aviation industry. The Supply Chain Intern will manipulate and evaluate data, balance daily operations with long-term projects, communicate findings to management, consolidate information, and collaborate with various departments.
Responsibilities
Use excel to manipulate data
Balance between daily operations work and long-term projects
Evaluate trends in data
Articulate conclusions from data to upper management
Consolidate data as requested
Attend and participate in meetings with various departments
Communicate effectively with mangers on project goals and outcomes
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a bachelor's degree (B.A. / B.S.) in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related
Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a business group
Strong analytical skill
Time management
Ability to prioritize
Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community
Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
Able to read and interpret technical, regulatory and contractual documentation
Able to maintain confidentiality
Able to work independently or as part of a team to drive results
