The Supply Chain Intern will support the development and optimization of end-to-end supply chain visibility, focusing on building a Supply Chain Control Tower dashboard and enhancing reporting capabilities.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain an end-to-end Supply Chain Control Tower dashboard using tools such as Power BI and Excel to provide real-time visibility into key supply chain metrics
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Logistics, to gather and align data requirements
Extract, clean, validate, and analyze ERP and operational data to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency
Identify opportunities to automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency through data visualization and process automation
Document processes and create user-friendly reporting standards to support scalability and knowledge sharing
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
Strong proficiency with Power BI or other data visualization tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
Preferred
Basic understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) is an asset
