Lockheed Martin is hiring a Summer 2027 RMS Supply Chain Intern to support the Supply Chain Performance Team. The role focuses on analyzing supply chain data, creating reports and visualizations, and recommending process improvements.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will support the Supply Chain Perofrmance Team
You will have the opportunity to collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets related to supply chain operations, including inventory levels, shipping and receiving, and supplier performance data
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other visualizations to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders
Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in supply chain data and provide recommendations for process improvements
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a Bachelor degree from an accredited college/university in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Operations or similar discipline
Basic Knowledge Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
Proficient in data analysis/reporting tools
Must be a US Citizen
This position is located at a facility that requires special access
The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge or will apply appropriate principles, theories, and concepts to complete assignments of limited scope
Some knowledge of industry practices and standards
Preferred
Basic knowledge/understanding of databases (Tableau)
Ability to anaylze numbers and data as it relates to financial analysis
Basic understanding of Supply Chain through acedemic courses
