Allegion is a security and safety products company seeking a Supply Chain Intern to support demand planning, reporting, and project execution for commercial distribution programs. The role involves building automated reporting, developing dashboards, preparing and validating data, and supporting the implementation and testing of a new demand planning solution with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
Build automated exception reporting for commercial distribution programs, using rule-based logic to accelerate SIOP review and decision-making
Develop Canada Commercial SIOP reporting tools and dashboards that mirror U.S. capabilities
Clean, transform, and map data to support new reports, dashboards, and automation efforts, validating outputs with subject-matter experts
Partner with Commercial, Distribution, Operations, Finance, and IT teams to gather requirements and support testing, validation, and configuration for a new demand planning solution (contingent on funding and project timeline)
Develop and validate demand planning reports sourced from the new solution, benchmarking outputs against legacy data and SIOP requirements
Qualification
Required
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (junior standing) or a Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field – Required
* Proficiency in Excel; Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau, and Familiarity with Python or R
