Sectra is a healthcare technology company that helps providers deliver faster diagnoses and safer care. They are seeking interns to support Sales and Presales teams through CRM analytics, reporting, and pipeline insights that drive customer engagement across hospitals nationwide.
Responsibilities
Improve and organize sales data in Microsoft Dynamics
Build dashboards and reports used by sales and leadership teams
Analyze pipeline trends and forecasting insights
Apply AI productivity tools to streamline workflows
Identify opportunities to improve CRM processes and data quality
Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Account Managers, and Marketing
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Marketing, or similar
Interested in how data supports business decisions and strategy
Comfortable working in Excel and analyzing information
Curious, detail oriented, and proactive
Interested in business side technology and customer strategy
Preferred
Exposure to CRM systems or Microsoft Dynamics is helpful but not required
