Ingram Micro is a leading technology company for the global information technology ecosystem. They are seeking Business Analyst Interns to support data analytics and reporting initiatives during a 10-week paid summer internship program.
Responsibilities
Analyzing datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for business stakeholders
Designing, building, and maintaining analytics dashboards and reports
Assisting with data modeling and data transformation processes to support reporting needs
Supporting data validation, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure data accuracy and integrity
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions
Helping communicate insights clearly through reports, dashboards, and visualizations
Qualification
Required
Actively enrolled in an accredited college/university program, or recently graduated (within the last semester or quarter); juniors or seniors preferred
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail when working with data
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools
Familiarity with SQL, relational databases, or data transformation techniques (e.g., ETL)
Ability to understand complex problems and translate them into clear insights or solutions
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms is a plus
