BlueHalo manufactures engineering products for the national security, space, directed energy, and missile defense industries. They are seeking a Student Intern to support electrophysiology data analysis for biohybrid sensing, where the intern will work on synchronizing teams and analyzing data sets.
Responsibilities
Synchronize the Dayton and Germantown teams with an offline data analysis workflow for newly generated biohybrid sensing data sets
Interface with the Germantown team to get the most up-to-date, highest classification accuracy models
Implement them in a Jupyter Notebook or in .py files for offline analysis
Apply basic data visualization and data quality metrics and statistics for characterizing new data sets
Assist in characterizing and implementing a windowing function for applying power spectra data analysis over electrophysiology trials as an offline data analysis modality
Qualification
Required
Currently an undergraduate in a college or university.
Familiarity with Python and signal processing.
Experience with analyzing time-series sensor data.
Due to the nature of this role US citizenship is required.
