The Sourcing Business Analyst Intern will support Global Operations by analyzing supplier and procurement data, monitoring supply chain risks, assisting with supplier onboarding and compliance, and contributing to process improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
Assist the Supply Chain Architecture team with project deliverables and cross-functional activities supporting supply chain risk, supplier on-boarding and product compliance
Engage in supply chain risk monitoring by assisting with research, supplier surveys, event monitoring, and reporting using various tools and platforms
Extract, cleanse and analyze procurement and supplier data to identify trends, assess risks and provide actionable recommendations that support sourcing strategies
Participate in supplier interactions to assist on-boarding efforts and gather relevant data for risk assessment and category management
Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing processes, standardizing workflows, and creating clear documentation for best practices
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field
Minimum GPA of 3.0
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently
