The Strategic Initiatives Summer Intern will support the team in executing projects focused on analytics, process improvement, and solution development, providing hands-on experience in business analysis and digital initiatives.
Responsibilities
Support the execution of strategic initiatives and internal projects
Assist with gathering, documenting, and organizing business and functional requirements
Support the design, build, testing, and deployment of internal tools and solutions
Assist in developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and workflow automation
Perform basic data analysis and project analytics to support reporting and insights
Document processes, workflows, and solution designs
Support user testing activities and help track issues, feedback, and enhancements
Assist with preparing presentations, reports, and stakeholder communications
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members in a fast-paced environment
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program and entering Junior or Senior year at the time of the internship
Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field
Strong interest in analytics, project management, application development, or process improvement
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft O365 tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred
Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
Experience with data visualization, reporting, or dashboards
Familiarity with basic project management or software development concepts
Experience documenting processes or creating presentations
