State Street is a global leader in investment management, and they are seeking a motivated Revenue Operations Intern to support their Revenue Operations team. The role involves maintaining data quality, supporting reporting and analysis, and contributing to projects that enhance revenue processes.
Responsibilities
Assist with maintaining and improving data quality in Salesforce, including data clean-up, validation, and basic reporting
Support defined Salesforce standards, required fields, and pipeline stage hygiene to ensure accurate tracking of opportunities
Help document and test updates to Salesforce workflows, fields, or reports as the revenue process evolves
Help build, update, and validate dashboards and reports that track pipeline health, sales activity, and revenue performance
Assist with analyzing trends in conversion rates, deal velocity, pipeline coverage, and forecasting accuracy
Partner with team members to ensure reports are clear, explainable, and aligned with business definitions
Support forecasting processes through data preparation, analysis, and validation
Assist in identifying risks, gaps, or anomalies in pipeline data and escalating findings to the team
Contribute to ad-hoc analyses used in pipeline reviews and planning discussions
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer teams on initiatives that improve revenue processes and insights
Contribute to special projects related to sales operations, enablement, automation, and process optimization
Help reduce manual work by supporting documentation, standardization, and basic automation efforts
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Interest in revenue operations, sales operations, financial technology, or business analytics
Preferred
Experience with Salesforce, Power BI, or similar CRM / BI tools is a plus, but not required
