ManTech is a technology company that offers cyber, IT, and data analytics technologies and solutions for security programs. They are seeking a motivated and research-oriented student to serve as a Research Intern to assist in researching defense-related technical innovations within specific military commands.
Responsibilities
Demonstrate skills learned in and out of school within ManTech.
Employ open-source research capabilities to gather relevant information from multiple sources
Collaborate with customers and colleagues to develop a historical timeline of technology innovation, adoption and integration
Work on guided projects over the summer that can directly flow back to real contracts.
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or a Master's degree in History, Public Policy, Political Science or a related field
Individuals must be willing to work full-time onsite in Fayetteville, NC.
Relevant coursework in Research, Military History, Military Strategy, Technology Research or a related field
Experience with the MS Office and/or Google Workspace
Ability to work and collaborate within an agile team as well as with the other interns
Individuals must be a U.S. Citizen and either hold an active US Security Clearance or must be eligible to obtain a US Security Clearance.
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
