Primerica is recognized as a top workplace and is seeking a Research Analyst Intern to support their Enterprise Research Program. The intern will assist in planning and executing research efforts, contributing to customer-centric decision-making by analyzing customer feedback and data.
Responsibilities
Support the creation of research instruments including surveys, survey invitations, and discussion guides
Assist in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing survey data and business datasets
Contribute to the preparation of presentations, dashboards, and reports for internal stakeholders across business areas
Co-manage research efforts executed by third-party research firms
Compile information from industry reports and public sources
Qualification
Required
Seeking a post-grad intern: recent college graduate, current graduate school student, etc
Bachelor's degree in market research, anthropology, information science and/or related field
Background or interest in financial services, customer experience, and data-driven decision-making
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Qualtrics survey tool
Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data and identify insights
Excellent attention to detail & ability to follow desktop procedures
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
Preferred
Proficient statistics experience using SPSS (or equivalent)
