The Quality Analyst Intern is responsible for assisting in the administration of the quality analytics function to support the Global Quality Analytics department, focusing on quality system compliance and performance improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
Assist with Tableau Cloud migration, including testing, validation, and dashboard replication
Support dashboard development by preparing datasets and applying visualization best practices
Help maintain and update recurring reports (monthly/quarterly) for quality operations
Review data for accuracy and assist in identifying trends or anomalies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and feedback
Document processes and contribute to standard operating procedures for analytics tasks
Participate in quality system improvement initiatives and data-driven investigations
Coordinate individual day-to-day tasks to complete recurring (Monthly/Quarterly/Annually) reporting requirements for Quality Analytics function
Responsible for executing data refreshes and reporting updates at regular intervals to maintain accurate reporting for quality operations
Monitor and report on performance metrics
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a scientific, technical, or analytical field (e.g., Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Quality Management)
Basic understanding of data analytics and visualization tools (Excel required; Tableau preferred)
Experience with statistical analysis or trending techniques
Mathematical skills including practical application of statistical trending, fractions, percentages, ratios, proportions and algebra
Preferred
Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or other data analytics tools
Exposure to quality systems or regulated environments (e.g., ISO, FDA) is a plus
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and organizational abilities
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
