The Pricing Intern will support the GRx Pricing team through pricing analysis, strategy development, data evaluation, optimization initiatives, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
Analyzing pricing discrepancies, performing credit and rebills as required, and assisting with validation efforts
Provides analytical support for customer and item-level pricing
Participates in the development of customer pricing strategies
Performs analysis of transaction level data; assisting in the construction and implementation of solutions that drive pricing optimization
Leverages tools to facilitate tactical price execution and measure effectiveness to defined goals and objectives
Participates in quantification and impact analysis of existing or proposed pricing policies and procedures
Support ongoing projects, reporting, analysis, or process improvement initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business partners
Participate in team meetings, professional development opportunities, and internship program activities
Present project outcomes, recommendations, or key learnings at the conclusion of the internship
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Business Administration, Finance, Pricing, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Strategy, or Similar
Must not require sponsorship to work in the United States now or in the future
Highly motivated self-starter with a strong desire to learn
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and relationship-building skills
Demonstrated leadership through academic, extracurricular, volunteer, or work experiences
