UPS is a Fortune Global 500 organization committed to moving the world forward. The OR Research Co-Op position collaborates with management on projects to enhance team success and involves developing project plans, driving projects to completion, and preparing presentations for senior leadership.
Responsibilities
Develops OR project plans and identifies tasks and milestones.
Drives assigned OR project(s) to completion, tracking results and exceeding expectations.
Prepares capstone presentation and delivers to senior leadership to demonstrate presentation and communication skills.
Qualification
Required
Must be a student currently enrolled in a degreed college/university program, or graduated from a degreed college/university program within the last 24 months with Operations Research background
Strong written & verbal communication skills
Database Administration, Data Modeling, Data design, Documentation
Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power Bi)
Must be based in Baltimore, MD or willing to relocate.
This role is on-site, and expected to report in person
Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.
