The Operations Intern will support the tech operations team by managing financial and resource updates, identifying data abnormalities, and assisting with various reporting tasks.
Responsibilities
Time Tracking tool (NetSuite Projects Pro) support
Updating rates for resources
Working support tickets
Resource mapping updates
Labor Invoice reconciliation & loading into our tracking tool (Temforce)
Resource analysis/Capacity Planning support
Manage weekly data refresh from our workforce management tool (Workday)
Open positions
Filled positions
New Hires
Create/maintain Power BI reports
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a business, management, or related field
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, Netsuite and Netsuite Suite Project Pro experience is also helpful (a plus)
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
