The Operational Sourcing Intern will support sourcing and procurement transformation through dashboards, analytical models, AI-enabled automation, data pipelines, supplier analysis, and strategic projects.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain reporting dashboards that provide insights into supplier performance, spend, compliance, savings, and operational metrics
Develop analytical models to identify sourcing opportunities, process inefficiencies, and supplier trends
Utilize AI and automation tools to streamline sourcing workflows and improve business processes
Assist in developing data pipelines, reporting solutions, and automated workflows using Microsoft and enterprise platforms
Support the design and enhancement of Power BI dashboards and executive reporting tools
Explore use cases for generative AI, copilots, and intelligent automation within sourcing processes
Analyze large datasets and transform findings into actionable business recommendations
Partner with sourcing professionals to identify opportunities for process digitization and automation
Support strategic projects involving data governance, supplier insights, predictive analytics, and procurement transformation
Qualification
Required
Working towards a Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
Outstanding performance in analytical subjects, e.g. creating dashboards, reports, or automated workflows
Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Power Automate, Copilot, AI/ML concepts, or other analytics platforms
Basic understanding of procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or supplier management processes
Interested in telecommunications, technology, or digital transformation initiatives
