They are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Operations & Data Analytics Intern to help improve their marketing engine by analyzing campaign performance, managing CRM systems, and supporting lead management processes.
Responsibilities
Clean, organize, and maintain marketing and sales data
Support CRM management (think lead tracking, segmentation, and optimization)
Analyze campaign performance and identify trends and insights
Build reports and dashboards that help teams make smarter decisions
Assist in improving lead flow and pipeline organization
Partner with marketing and sales teams to streamline processes
Auditing and improving CRM data structure and lead management workflows
Building a marketing performance dashboard from the ground up
Mining data to uncover new audience segments or growth opportunities
Helping optimize how leads move through the funnel
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail (you notice the small stuff)
Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
Comfort working with data (Excel required; CRM tools a plus)
Organized, proactive, and dependable
Clear communicator and team player
