Amplifon is a global leader in the hearing care retail market, and they are seeking a Junior Business Insights Intern for a 10-week paid internship program. The role provides hands-on experience in data analytics, project execution, and collaboration with experienced analysts and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
Develop data models, reports and dashboards, collaborating with business intelligence experts to run tests, create product backlog items, draft technical documentation and support creation of training materials
Support cross-functional projects including identifying dependencies and workflows, coordinating multiple teams to adhere to defined timelines, highlighting obstacles and risks, and managing stakeholder communication
Partner with the Amplifon Analytics Community to improve product practices, share knowledge and contribute to change management initiatives across the organization
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Management or related field
Current Sophomore or Junior with a graduation date between May/June 2027-2028
Knowledge of Information Systems, and web-based analytics solutions architecture concepts (data warehouses, data marts, KPI/metrics, dashboard design, and visualization types)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office tools
Demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability skills
Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment
Self-starter, proactive and priority-driven
Curiosity to learn new skills, explore new subjects and understand different perspectives
Ability to work collaboratively and independently
Preferred
Previous leadership experience through involvement in student organizations, volunteer work, or previous experience
