Covius is a provider of services, insight and technology to leading financial companies. The IT Intern will help plan and contribute to IT projects, working alongside full-time employees to impact day-to-day business operations.
Responsibilities
Collaborate and help design/develop software applications and enhance their functionality.
Contribute individually and/or as a team member to analyze business processes, and work towards goals and objectives.
Conduct research, gather, organize, and analyze data and requirements.
Interact with and support a variety of business departments and participate in projects that directly impact business value.
Build professional relationships and enhance interpersonal skills.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in an Information Systems or Computer Science related program
Knowledge in one or more of the following programming languages: C#, C++, JAVA, or SQL.
Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing to accurately convey messages and share/receive knowledge.
Demonstrates strong computer skills including a good working knowledge of MS Office.
Commitment and ability to cultivate a diverse and inclusive work environment.
