WM is North America's leading provider of integrated environmental solutions, committed to sustainability and putting its people first. The IT Reporting Analyst Intern will assist the Reporting team in data analysis, gaining exposure to data warehousing concepts and customer reporting needs.
Responsibilities
Uses problem solving skills to determine problems and understand fundamental parts of the problem.
Conducts analysis as directed and prepares and delivers insights and recommendations based on analysis.
Synthesizes findings and draws conclusions from analyses and makes oral/written recommendations to supervisor and/or manager.
Executes tasks related to functional projects and/or process improvements.
Communicates issues and roadblocks related to areas of responsibility.
Qualification
Required
Must live and work in the U.S.
Education: Interns must have a high school diploma or GED (accredited) and be pursuing a bachelor's degree (accredited) in a field of study relevant to the internship. Completed Course Work Hours: 60.0
Experience: No prior work experience required.
Must be available to participate in the 12-week internship program from start to finish.
Must be available to work 40 hours per week/standard working hours
Must have completed at least one year of college and be enrolled as a college student in spring 2025.
Ability to work efficiently and independently while maintaining attention to detail
Able to be flexible and adapt to changing situations while remaining positive
Ability to work effectively in a diverse, collaborative team environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
