As an IT Observability Analyst Intern, you will support the deployment and optimization of observability platforms to enhance system performance and reliability while collaborating with teams to deliver high-quality outputs.
Responsibilities
Analyze and document observability needs for partners/users and provide support throughout the delivery process
Perform in-depth analyses and review data to identify trends, gaps, and root causes, while proposing solutions to improve processes
Collaborate actively with teams to deliver high-quality outputs, participate in team activities (ceremonies, Definition of Done, etc.), and ensure service excellence
Automate the deployment and instrumentation of observability solutions using tools such as Dynatrace, Terraform, and Kubernetes
Contribute to resolving operational issues and optimizing observability platforms within a Lean/Agile context
Qualification
Required
Is currently enrolled in a college or bachelor's degree program in Computer Science or a related field and must complete a credited internship in Summer 2026
Demonstrates rigor, analytical thinking, curiosity, and autonomy in learning
Stands out for their ability to collaborate and communicate effectively
Is recognized for their synthesis skills and ability to simplify technical concepts
Preferred
Has knowledge of observability tools such as Dynatrace, Terraform, and Kubernetes (an asset)
Understands Lean/Agile principles and can apply them in a team setting (an asset)
