Flex is a diversified manufacturing partner that designs, manufactures, and supplies electronics products for the industrial sector. They are seeking an IT Intern for the summer to support teams in data analysis, 3-D modeling, and programming projects.
Responsibilities
Collaborating with senior data scientists and engineers to understand project requirements and objectives.
Conducting data preprocessing and cleaning to prepare datasets for training.
Participating in brainstorming sessions to propose innovative solutions.
Assisting in the documentation of processes.
Performing code reviews and providing feedback to improve code quality and performance.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Providing support for ad-hoc IT and programming tasks as needed.
Attend team meetings and support project work as needed.
Qualification
Required
Undergrad student currently pursuing Computer Science or related degree
Interest in programming and data analysis
Strong analytic and problem solving skills
Highly collaborative, creative and excellent communication skills
Available to work 40 hours/week (in-person) for 10-12 week Summer assignment
Currently enrolled in 4-year accredited university
3.0 minimum GPA
Preferred
Previous internship experience a plus!
