IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries. They are seeking a highly motivated and data-savvy Real Estate Analytics Intern to assist with the development of their next-generation Global Real Estate Dashboard, focusing on data consolidation, dashboard design, and stakeholder collaboration.
Responsibilities
Aggregate, clean, and harmonize disparate data sources from various regional systems (including lease databases, facility management portals, and project trackers)
Build a dynamic, intuitive, and visually slick business intelligence dashboard using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics frameworks
Define and visualize critical real estate KPIs, such as cost per square foot, vacancy rates, portfolio lifecycle milestones, and project integration timelines
Work closely with the Real Estate and Tech Integration teams to understand reporting requirements and translate complex data sets into strategic insights
Create standard technical documentation and user guides to ensure the seamless maintenance and scalability of the dashboard post-internship
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing or recently completed High-School
Familiarity with data visualization software
Foundational knowledge of SQL, Python or advanced Excel for data extraction, manipulation, and cleaning
An eye for clean, professional design layouts that emphasize readability and clarity for executive audiences
Ability to quickly synthesize complex, unstructured data into structured, strategic conclusions
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present technical data concepts to non-technical stakeholders
A self-starter mindset capable of managing a fast-paced project lifecycle from initial requirements gathering to final deployment within a 6-week window
