BMW Group is committed to creativity and innovation, and they are seeking an intern for their Warranty Process & Reporting team. This part-time internship will involve creating reports, supporting projects, and documenting processes related to warranty and goodwill programs.
Responsibilities
Creating and executing reports for several warranty and goodwill programs
Review and document existing reports
Support the creation of presentations for management
Support the creation and operation of MS Access databases for warranty extensions
Document various processes concerning warranty and goodwill tasks and reports
Support various projects in the warranty department by organizing meetings, keeping track of tasks and objectives, preparing meeting presentations and minutes
Assist in Vehicle Flagging and Validations
Assist in Maintenance Plan Upgrade (MPU) cancellations
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a bachelor or master's degree program at an accredited college or university
Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major)
Have completed at least 60 college credits or be at least a rising Junior
Must attach a copy of college unofficial transcript
Ability to work part-time (20-29 hours/week)
