Symbotic is an automation technology leader reimagining the supply chain with its AI-powered robotic and software platform. The Intern- System Field Analyst (BOT) will analyze bot system performance, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with various teams to enhance system efficiency and support successful deployment at customer sites.
Responsibilities
Analyze bot system performance to support improvements in system speed and efficiency
Collaborate with the team to identify, document, and track bot system issues for timely improvement actions
Communicate and work closely with technical and development teams to create solutions for bot system challenges
Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
Driving and maintaining a professional teamwork environment and being an excellent team player while working with various members of the engineering and on-site teams
Contribute to projects focused on SKU profiling, bot failure analysis, and overall system performance
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in data analytics, computer science, software engineering, or a related field
Strong skills in collecting, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting large data sets with a focus on detail and accuracy
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Python
Enthusiastic about working hands-on with our team onsite in a collaborative environment
Self-motivated and eager to take on more responsibility in a fast-paced, dynamic role
Willing to dive deep into understanding the various aspects of a complex technical system
Excellent team player who can work effectively with members of diverse teams
