Rambus is a leading chip and silicon IP provider seeking a Strategic Programs Intern to join their Global Operations team. This internship offers hands-on experience with real-world projects focused on scalability, communication, and process improvement, while collaborating with talented professionals in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
Support multiple key projects focused on scalability, cross-functional communication, or process improvement
Track project milestones, update status reports, and help maintain operational platforms
Assist in designing and maintaining dashboards (e.g., Ops KPI), organizing data for reports, and learning Power BI and SharePoint
Gather workflow feedback and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, attend meetings, and communicate progress to mentors and stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Data Science, or a related field
Interest in project management, data analysis, and process improvement
Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, or other data tools
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Initiative and curiosity to learn and seek feedback
Preferred
Experience with Microsoft tools (Lists, SharePoint, Power Automate, Power BI) is a plus
