Qualification
Required
Must be currently pursuing a bachelor's degree
Must be a strong team player, detail-oriented, and able to perform well under pressure
Must convey a professional image to all levels of associates
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data
Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles
Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States
Preferred
Experience in a previous corporate environment in a part-time or full-time capacity
Completion of 60+ course hours by the start of the internship
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Technical skills, with an emphasis on SQL and at least one programming language
Business skills such as business modeling, project management, or competitive analysis
Completion of or current enrollment in database, basic programming, or user interface courses
Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Experience with simulation, modeling, and statistical analysis software
