Viatris is a global healthcare company dedicated to providing access to high-quality medicines worldwide. The Intern, People Insights role involves supporting HR Analytics initiatives, assisting in dashboard transitions, and promoting the use of AI tools for HR reporting needs.
Responsibilities
Support key HR Analytics initiatives, including the development and testing of a Copilot-based reporting agent for HR users
Assist in efforts to transition dashboards from Tableau to Power BI, including content migration and validation while ensuring data accuracy
Assist stakeholders with HR reporting needs by promoting the use of AI tools and self-service resources. Generate manually created reports using Workday and Excel when necessary
Develop clear job aids to support the adoption of new tools and resources
Help troubleshoot issues stakeholders may encounter with reporting tools by gathering details, replicating errors, and identifying potential causes
Qualification
Required
The successful candidate will have preferably completed a minimum of their sophomore year and be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university in a Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, and Analytics program (i.e., or a related field of study). A minimum 3.0 GPA is preferred; however, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration
Strong comfort and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft 365 suite
Ability to learn new technologies and analytics tools quickly, with an interest in reporting, data visualization, or AI‑driven solutions
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills when working with data
