Responsibilities
Partner with the marketing team to contribute to the execution of various marketing campaigns and initiatives while providing analytics support
Work with the marketing team and stakeholders to define marketing insights and reporting requirements
Build and maintain reports, charts, and graphs using dashboard building platforms such as Tableau as well as simple tools like Excel and PowerPoint
Analyze and interpret trends of marketing campaigns as well as the marketing process to provide clear, data-driven actionable insights
Research, troubleshoot, and optimize marketing data and tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Tableau etc
Build and maintain tracking for marketing initiatives (Tagged links, QR codes, etc.)
Build and deliver ad hoc reports and analysis as needed
Research and help troubleshoot data access and/or connectivity issues
Qualification
Required
Actively pursuing a college degree in business, mathematics, statistics, data science, or a related field with at least one year of school remaining
Year-round availability to work from our Fort Wayne Headquarters: 15-20 hours during the school year and 40 hours/week during the summer
Solid research, analytical, and statistical skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Experience working in Excel or similar spreadsheet applications
Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to understanding complex data models
Superior written and oral communication skills with the ability to present technical results to non-technical audiences
Strong project management skills
Must be able to work independently and within a team
Able to prioritize in a dynamic work environment
Desire to become fluent with MedPro Group's CRM, reporting and dashboard systems
Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship, both now and in the future
Preferred
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Tableau, Power BI, R, and/or SQL is a plus
