As a Summer Intern in Incentives Planning & Analysis, you will analyze sales and incentives data, transforming it into actionable insights and creating reports for senior management. This role involves developing data analytic tools and visualizations to support decision-making in the department.
Responsibilities
Inventory current tools used to assess competitiveness of HMA consumer and dealer Incentive Programs
Develop methods to easily access, transform and visualize pertinent data from a variety of Internal and External data sources .
Assist in the development and deployment of elasticity and optimization models for consumer and dealer programs.
Assist in building new processes to help optimize scenario and budget planning.
Assist in creating presentations for Leadership team.
Qualification
Required
Must be an undergraduate or graduate student in an accredited program during the internship term with an expected graduation date between December 2025 through June 2027.
Must be eligible to work up to 40 hours per week.
Available for a full-time paid internship in June to August 2025.
Local to NHQ (no relocation or housing will be offered).
Must be legally authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis during the internship.
Must be a high school graduate.
Academic path that includes advanced data science knowledge.
Expert in MS Excel (including VBA model).
Skilled in Tableau.
Skilled in Python.
Skilled in PowerPoint.
Knowledge of Statistical Modeling and/or Econometrics.
