The Global Technology Transfer intern will assist with process improvements, collaborate with various functional areas, and focus on data management and project execution. This role offers an opportunity to engage in significant projects while gaining valuable experience in the biotechnology sector.
Responsibilities
Assist the Global Technology Transfer Team with process improvements to site-specific presentations, data preparation, and global program assistance.
Collaborate cross functionally with global functional areas to gain agreement and strategy across both RTP locations, drug substance and parenteral facilities, as well as Baar & Solothurn, Switzerland.
Collaborate with Biogen locations to make improvements to global metrics and execution tracking visibility.
Focus on data base construction, management, and generation.
Work on Technology Transfer Tool and Templates SharePoint.
Develop Smartsheet Global Risk Dashboard.
Other Projects, as assigned.
Qualification
Required
Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
At least 18 years of age prior to the scheduled start date
Be currently enrolled in an accredited community college, college or university
Rising Sophomore or above & enrolled in a Computer Science, Software Development, Engineering or Scientific Undergraduate or Master's degree program
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint
Strong writing, editing, and research skills
Ability to hit deadlines and understand processes from start to finish
Great communication skills
Preferred
Knowledgeable in SharePoint
Data management experience, Smartsheet is a plus
