Responsibilities
Measure and analyze team performance and identify patterns for further investigation
Implement project management skills and practices
Collaborate across business units with various stakeholders in a professional setting
Provide feedback to improve team workflows, team effectiveness, and evaluate impact
Participate in data collection efforts impacting cross-functional departments
Identify and implement improvements to existing processes to increase efficiency and productivity
Qualification
Required
Undergraduate student pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, Operations Management, Analytics, Statistics, or related field
Must be available for the duration of the internship program
Enrolled in an accredited college or university during participation
Professional communication skills with all leadership levels
Team-oriented mindset with focus on continuous improvement
Strong organizational, project management, and written/verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Basic data analytics proficiency
Willingness to learn new skills
Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data
Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles
Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States
Preferred
Ability to digest data and explain insights for decision making
Comfortable working independently and in teams
Leadership experience in student or community organizations
Ability to create effective presentations with analyses and recommendations
