Liberty Latin America is seeking an intern to assist with the project focusing on Xselling and Upselling for existing customers using AI modelling in digital channels. The intern will perform research, analyze datasets, build data models, and document all processes to drive sales growth through AI-driven strategies.
Responsibilities
Perform research on existing customer profiles, trends, AI trends, etc
Analyze and process large datasets to extract relevant insights for AI model development
Build data modelling
Growing revenue via upselling existing customers using AI models for profiling existing customers and matching them with the right offers
Document all research, modelling, scripts, workflows, and technical decisions to ensure a clean handoff/playbook to implement and complete
Qualification
Required
Currently studying Computer Science/ IT / Technical or related fields
Perform research on existing customer profiles, trends, AI trends, etc
Analyze and process large datasets to extract relevant insights for AI model development
Build data modelling
Growing revenue via upselling existing customers using AI models for profiling existing customers and matching them with the right offers
Document all research, modelling, scripts, workflows, and technical decisions to ensure a clean handoff/playbook to implement and complete
Good interpersonal skills and ability to present technical work to non-technical audiences
Preferred
Previous coursework or projects related to AI modelling is a plus
