DaVita is a leader in dialysis, committed to providing life-sustaining treatment for those with end stage kidney disease. They are seeking an eager and motivated Intern to join their Enterprise Risk Services team, where the Intern will gain hands-on experience in data analysis, automation, and reporting.
Responsibilities
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
Assist in automating data processes and reporting workflows using SQL, Excel, and other tools.
Contribute to building scalable data solutions to automate manual tasks.
Conduct research on business risks, controls, and audit methodologies to support data-driven projects.
Create visualizations and reports using Tableau to communicate findings clearly.
Contribute to writing and editing final reports for clarity and alignment with project objectives.
Work with supervisors and team members to improve processes and suggest enhancements.

Qualification
Required
Pursuing (or have obtained) a Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, especially with complex datasets.
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
Proficiency in SQL and Excel is required.
Excellent communication skills—written and verbal.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau is preferred but not mandatory.
3.0+ GPA preferred.
