Amgen is a biotechnology company dedicated to serving patients living with serious illnesses. The Grad Intern will support reporting and analysis within the Patient Services team, helping to maintain performance reporting and assist with analysis requests.
Responsibilities
Maintain ongoing reporting for standard PSP operations (current suite of PSP performance metrics)
Support BU stakeholders with timely requests for additional analysis (e.g., adoption of digital PSP tools)
Help improve data quality and reporting efficiency (e.g., streamlining inputs, clarifying definitions, documenting changes)
Contribute ideas for new views/insights that help teams make decisions that support patients
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in (or recently graduated from within the last 3 years) an undergraduate or graduate program in Business, Health Sciences, Public Health, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort working with large tables of data
Strong analytical thinking and ability to summarize insights clearly for non-technical audiences
Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple requests and deadlines
Preferred
Experience with database analysis is an asset
Exposure to Tableau and/or Power BI (building or supporting reports)
Exposure to Salesforce CRM platforms is an asset
Curiosity about automation/AI tools to improve reporting efficiency (within responsible use guidelines)
