Xcel Energy Services Inc is hiring a GIS, Grid Data Intern to support its Grid Analyst team. The intern will test and improve operational documentation, clean up ADMS Network Model data, and help automate grid data processes.
Responsibilities
Testing Documentation
Manual Attribution of Transformer Catalogs
Exporting Data Tables from ADMS for Reporting
Executing monthly data update cycles
Qualification
Required
Current student, Junior or higher
Enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing a degree in GIS, Comp Sci, Data Engineering
Preferred
Experience with a previous internship in a related field
3.5 or above GPA in a related field
Proven ability to balance studies with a part time job
Coursework: geoprocessing, database, cartography
