The Future Builders Internship Program offers a 10-week paid internship where associates apply classroom knowledge to real-world projects, develop essential skills, and work alongside seasoned professionals in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Define, implement, and manage all associated processes for translating business requirements into technical design documentation deliverables.
Assist in facilitating project execution and resolution between business and development teams.
Help create technical documentation (process flows, specifications, development tasks) and assist in developing execution plans/timelines (tasks, resources, timeline).
Implement the software development life cycle for all project steps and phases, and provide technical support during each phase.
Contribute to creating a positive team environment and fostering team culture in a fast-paced setting.
Develop strong data analysis skills to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
Develop project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource management.
Utilize communication skills, both written and verbal, to present complex information clearly and concisely.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Cultivate a detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Qualification
Required
Current Junior graduating from a 4-year college or University within 2 years (preferred)
Must be authorized to work in the United States without needing employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. Lennar will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (No Sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J1, OPT, CPT, or any other employment-based visa)

Hands-on experience in Business Analysis, Technical Analysis, Data Analysis, Project Management, or a comparable role within a technology organization, whether through employment or internship, is desirable.
Basic quantitative and analytical skills.
Experience in writing functional and technical documentation.
Experience in a technical analytical role, a developer role, or a business analytical role.
Experience with Agile Project Management and Scrum Teams.
Experience working within a software development team.
Experience with reporting and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI).
Experience with Software Development Life Cycle.
Experience with agile methodologies.
Preferred
Working towards a Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or similar field (preferred)
Basic experience/knowledge is preferred in some of the following: Data Analytics, PowerBI, SQL, Python, SnapLogic, Cyber Security & Security Best Practices, .net, Java, React, Cloud Infrastructure – GCP/AWS, SAP/ERP, Rest APIs, SFTP, MQTT, Web Services, JSON, ServiceNow
