They are seeking a motivated college student to support engineering and facilities activities, providing practical experience in facilities management and digital operations.
Responsibilities
Support digital operations tool development, including design of new tools, new features to existing tools, and debugging of existing tools
Support digital operations initiatives, including data organization, dashboard development, process documentation, and analysis of lab or operational performance data
Collaborate with engineers, lab personnel, facilities staff, and cross-functional teams to complete assigned tasks, communicate findings, and support ongoing project needs
Qualification
Required
Must be currently pursuing bachelor's degree or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Digital Technology
Must have an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher
Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
Preferred
Familiarity with engineering software, spreadsheets, data visualization, coding, modeling, or other digital tools used to organize, analyze, and communicate technical information
Self-driven and proactive approach to learning, problem solving, and completing assigned work
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively with engineers, lab personnel, and cross-functional team members
