The Hartford is an industry leading provider of property and casualty insurance, group benefits and mutual funds. They are seeking an Enterprise Digital Enablement Intern who will assist in various IT initiatives and gain real-world experience under the mentorship of an experienced IT professional.
Responsibilities
Assist development and completion of prioritized use cases for different DocuSign initiatives.
Assist in configuration and application onboarding with our Customer Experience Monitoring Platform, as well as reporting needs for different integrated applications
Assist in creation of training material for Enterprise use and understanding of these products and services
Assist in evaluation of new capabilities of these platforms
Qualification
Required
Self-motivated with mature, professional, and ethical conduct
Excellent communicator, oral and written
Eager to learn new things and apply the information quickly to different situations
Analytical and decision-making abilities, problem solving skills
Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
Team oriented, collaborative and willing to accept feedback
Effective time management and prioritization skills
Focused on delivering a positive customer experience
Experience working with Microsoft or Google’s G suite of applications.
